LUMENATURE was founded in January 2001 as a sole proprietorship and became a division of Pursell Construction Inc., a California corporation, August 2004, a general and electrical contractor (Lic #851247). Our affiliation with the Energy Watch Rebate Program began April 2003 and has continued since then. Although most of our installations are done for customers of the Energy Watch Program, some of our customers have received rebates through other rebate programs.
